I had a rhinoplast ten years ago, i had a dorsal hump and plunging nose tip. It is better than before but my nose tip is still large and thick. My previous doctor said that a revison rhinoplasty will not make a big difference (just 2 millimeter less) so it's not worth it. And said that he has to consider that the nose sync with other fface proportion. What do you think? Will my nose still look the same after revision rhinoplasty? Is there a way to predict how it will look like ?
