Indentation on nose tip after revision Rhinoplasty, should I be concerned? (photo)

I recently had a revision rhinoplasty and I'm conscerned about this indention im seeing. Has anyone experienced this before? My nostril was super deformed from my primary rhinoplasty also but this is also bothering me.
