Can you drop a cup size after liposuction of the upper back?

The cup size should not change, however the band size may reduce say going from a 36 C to a 34 C, but bra manufacturers are not consistent, so depending on the bra you may see a difference.

Thanks for your question.  Liposuction of the upper back is very effective at removing unwanted fat in the area of concern but will not change the breast cup size as nothing was removed from the breast itself.  Hope this helps.

In most instances lipo of the upper back will not alter a person's cup size.  However, for some individuals some of the tissue that is placed within the bra is fat from the back/axilla region.  In thoses cases, liposuction may actually alter the cup size slightly or at least allow the bra to fit more appropriately.Best wishes

Sylvia Interesting question! Liposuction will have no effect on your cup size however it may affect the circumference of your chest region, obviously decreasing it. It is possible to go down one dress size or so after liposuction, depending on the particular case and amount of fat present. Overall, improvement in contour will certainly be appreciated. Liposuction of the back might reduce your bra's band size, but unless you have lost weight overall, it would be unlikely to change your cup size.
