littlek13 I appreciate your concern, however at this early stage in your postoperative recovery journey, I would do nothing but continuously wear your elastic garments. Down the road you may consider gentle massage of your abdomen with moisturizers, however massage of your buttocks after BBL is not indicated. I am not a fan of lymphatic massage after Tummytuck because it is painful and there is no scientific evidence proving that it works. Confirm my advice with your board-certified plastic surgeon.
