Small itchy pimples after fillers that are tiny and keeping my lips dry, what could be the reason? (Photo)

I had my lips filled almost 4 months ago ever since i keep having Small itchy pimples on lips my lips are always dry but i keep ignoring this I have a history of herpes simplex but usually when I get a breakout it doesn't look like this ,plus I get swollen lips in the morning after waking up and goes after couple of hours.
