I have loose skin on my lower abdominal region that folds when I suck in or sags when I bend over it. It seems to have gotten better over years but weight gain from youth (I was high 200 at 17 and lost 100 pounds). I’ve gained muscle I also have scoliosis. I feel like this impacts on where fat stored and makes my loose skin worse. I’m just looking to see what I can do, what workouts should I tummy tuck would back surgery help skin. I also heard laser surgery for loose skin for people with less of it?
