Im looking into getting j plasma done in my abdomen. I had 3 csections and I work out pretty often but the wrinkleness in my stomach don’t seem to go away. Would j plasma work for me or would I need a tummy tuck instead? Thanks!

Hi there I think the only way you would get a result that you liked is with a tummy tuck .Your skin has stretched with the pregnancies and only trimming the excess away is likely to get you a nice smooth abdomen .CheersTS

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, skin laxity, and history of 3 c-sections, you are a better candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  J Plasma alone will not correct your skin laxity.  A tummy tuck can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on the exterior.   Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

From the photo and description of your history a tummy tuck would be recommended.  This would address excess fat and skin and correct abdominal wall laxity.  From the photo it appears that the skin is too stretched out to get good results from J Plasma alone.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction and a full tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and get rid of the extra skin.
Along with the tummy tuck, liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, back and flanks.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Based on your photograph, history and description, I think you should undergo a full tummy tuck procedure  in order to achieve the best outcome possible.  I would strongly recommend that you do not undergo a "less invasive" procedure; in other words, you will very likely be disappointed with the outcome of any procedure other than tummy tuck surgery.
 
 In the end, whether or not to proceed with tummy tuck surgery will be a very personal decision that only you can make after careful consideration of the pros/cons associated with undergoing tummy tuck surgery).

Best to seek in-person consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate loss experience helping patients with tummy tuck surgery. Your plastic surgeon consultants will likely be able to show you similar patients (before and after photographs) and help you decide whether or not to proceed.

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. You may want to look into a body contouring procedure that combines both liposuction with laser, radiofrequency (RF), or acoustic therapy to produce the best balance of fat reduction and skin tightening and smoothing for your body type and anatomy. We use a proprietary liposuction technique, combined with Emsculpt to help each patient reach his or her desired result. First off, all devices and instruments used are FDA-approved. We start your treatment with Emsculpt to help strengthen your abdominal muscles, augment your buttocks, and reduce any diastasis or abdominal muscle laxity that you may have. This is particularly important for patients who want convert a “round” abdomen to a “flat” abdomen. Emsculpt has been proven to be able to do this based on peer-reviewed research.
