Sculpsure will eliminate up to 25% of the fat cells in the areas that are treated. As long as one maintains a stable weight, fat will not be gained in other areas following this treatment. It is frustrating as we age, that despite our best efforts, we can develop fat in other areas of the body. It sounds like you are at your ideal weight and have had a stable weight for many years. You have some localized, diet resistant fat deposits on abdomen and flanks which are common with age and hormone changes. You seem like an ideal Sculpure candidate. Sculpsure destroys the fat cells and eliminates the breakdown products naturally. As long as your weight is maintained you should not see an increase in fat cell size in other areas. SculpSure will permanently destroy the fat cells in the treatment area. They will not "appear" elsewhere. However, if you gain weight (which it doesn't sound as if this is a problem for you), your remaining fat cells will get bigger and this can adversely affect your results. Hope this helps --

During SculpSure, the fat cells that are treated are permanently destroyed, which are then removed from the body through the lymphatic system. The fat does not deposit somewhere else in the body. As we age however, we may begin to develop stubborn pockets of fat in other areas of our body. Sculpsure will permanently destroy fat cells in the treated areas. If you keep your weight stable, you should not see and increase in fat in other areas.  If you gain weight, the fat cells remaining in any location on your body , will increase in size. 

Fat removed with SculpSure is eliminated from by body by metabolic pathways and is not generally deposited elsewhere.  But if you gain wait after treatment, the remaining fat cells will grow in size.  So it is best to have SculpSure when you are at your long term stable body weight.  You can try SculpSure anywhere you have diet and exercise resistant fat deposits.

As we age our bodies change. Gaining weight in areas that we did not have issues with in the past are very common. With SculpSure the fat cells are destroyed and released from the area treated. SculpSure is not for weight loss it is to treat those stubborn areas that diet and exercise have not shown improvement. If you gain weight it can be in the existing fat cells to any area of the body. Whether SculpSure or liposuction, if you gain weight after the procedure, it's going to go somewhere. With SculpSure, although you will permanently destroy fat in the treated area, your size could still increase with weight gain due to the expansion of remaining fat cells. As long as you exercise and watch your diet, I would not worry about any significant negative changes in other areas of your body following treatment with SculpSure. SculpSure is a great procedure, particularly for those with close to their ideal body weight but who have stubborn areas of fat they cannot seem to get rid of with diet and exercise.
