I would like to reduce the size of my buttocks. I work out often, however I still have stubborn fat on the buttocks that won't budge. Will Sculpsure reduce my buttocks size?

Answer: Butt Shaping with VASER HI DEF, ThermiRF, Fat grafting, Body Jet versus Sculpsure Sculpsure can be used to reduce stubborn areas of fat, but lacks body shaping that a hi definition procedure like VASER HI DEF liposuction can offer. I use VASER with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal and skin tightening to not only improve the size of the butt but to provide lift as well. This combination can give a reduction in size, ie liposuction can be done if there is enough fat on the buttock. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Answer: Buttocks vs. Flanks While SculpSure is FDA approved for treating the flanks (aka the "saddle bags"), using it on the buttocks would be considered off-label. Also, keep in mind, that SculpSure would only work to remove fat cells. It would not in any way affect your musculature so you need to be certain that fat in the buttocks is actually your issue. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area who does SculpSure to be assessed in person and discuss the best body contouring procedure for you. Best, Dr. Sean Doherty
