I’m 6 months post op Mommy makeover tummy tuck, muscle repair, breast lift with 330cc moderate profile silicone implants. However I have no upper pole fullness, my breast appear long with slightly raised nipples that point outward on both sides. My tummy tuck has hanging sling when I bend over, a large roll with sitting and a very ugly odd shape at the bottom of the incision that was Sonos’and diagnosed as “compartmentalized fat related to surgery”
