Answer: You need to excise your extra skin. Are you done having children? First - are you done having children? Consider that your body will go through changes if the answer is no compromising your result in the future. This does not mean you will not be a candidate for revision work. A mommy make over addresses the excess skin and laxity in the stomach. It is a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty. The goal is to restore the natural anatomy of the rectus muscles and correct any separation (diastasis). The excess skin is then trimmed, and a new home for your belly button made. This give a more defined flat waist line. The breasts usually due to age and breast feeding have decreased volume in the upper pole (cleavage goes down). The nipples may point down. The repositioning of the nipples alone is a lift or mastopexy. The addition of implants helps correct the deficiency of the upper pole in your breasts, and adds back the cleavage. Liposuction will help with mild skin retraction and help redistribute your fat, adjust the silhouette. Based on your pictures above, I do believe that you have excess skin that needs to be addressed. My advice would be to reach a goal weight and physique prior to undergoing any surgery. Hope that helps. Good luck with your search!

Answer: Candidate for mommy makeover? Thank you for your questions. Based on your pictures, you are a candidate for any of the procedures you have listed. What you can do and look into is staging your surgeries into two separate procedures to achieve the best results possible. First, front liposuction/lipo 360 with a breast lift, and second tummy tuck with more liposuction 360/back. This way you will have the best results possible as you will be able to remove more excess skin and fat.
