Hi-I am 45 years old very healthy, after 4 c-sections I have been thinking for years , would like to have all procedures in one, if possible. I would also like to know if I am eligible for abdominoplasty, breast lift without implants, Lipo and I would love to improve my derrierer(I have but with years it is a little saggy) -a Dr. told me that Bc my pregnancies I have a hernia that could be corrected with the tumn.Need an idea how many tears will need off my office work. No smoke/no alcohol

Answer: Surgery I would suggest going in and meeting with a board-certified plastic surgery. There you can be examined and measured and can discuss several options. Your photos are a no benefit to discuss the breast lift, and you should provide more views of your abdomen.

Answer: Mommy Makeover Thank you for your question! You are a great candidate for a mommy makeover! You can combine all the surgery into one based on the pictures and your information. But an overall medical evaluation would be needed to ensure we can do these surgeries together safely. I personally like for hernia to be corrected before a tummy tuck to ensure better results (but it can be taken care of during a tummy tuck).
