Thank you for your question! You are a great candidate for a mommy makeover! You can combine all the surgery into one based on the pictures and your information. But an overall medical evaluation would be needed to ensure we can do these surgeries together safely. I personally like for hernia to be corrected before a tummy tuck to ensure better results (but it can be taken care of during a tummy tuck).

Without your medical history and limited photos, there is no definitive answer. However, healthy patients are able to receive all of the procedures you have mentioned above at the same time. In my experience, I tend to start with the BBL, and follow with the other procedures. I recommend speaking with your plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

In my practice, it is very common to have multiple procedures combined when a patient is wanting a mommy makeover.

I would recommend that you see at two or more experienced board certified plastic surgeons in your area for a in person consultation and a complete evaluation. Your surgeon will be able to inform you if having all the procedures you are wanting is safe to be done all at once.

In general,you would be an excellent candidate for a mommy makeover type procedure in which you pursue breast and abdominal rejuvenation at the same time. You would be an excellent candidate for a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with muscle repair.
For your breasts, most women after four children will need at least a lift. Whether or not you pursue an implant will depend on how much upper pole fullness, or cleavage, you would like. The majority of women will desire an implant to fill their loose skin following weight loss and childbearing, but some women are just as happy to have their breasts lifted back into their previous position.
Regarding buttocks deflation, that is a difficult question. Both breast and buttock deflation can be treated with fat injections, and this often is a good compliment to a mommy makeover type procedure because breast lifts and abdominoplasty procedures often have liposuction associated with them. However, based on your pictures your problem appears to be mostly a skin problem so you may not be left with much fat to inject. This may make you a better candidate for a posterior buttock lift type of procedure, but difficult to tell without better pictures.
Whichever method you choose, make sure to be treated by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in an accredited operating room in order to make sure you are receiving the highest level of care.

I recommend doing the breast lift first as that usually takes about 4 hours and the tummy tuck takes about 2-3 hours. The safe operating time is 6 hours. You may be able to do both simultaneously. You will not have time for liposuction. I recommend doing the breast lift and tummy tuck. Then wait 6 months, then undergo liposuction with fat transfers to the breasts or buttocks.

For my patients I always tell them to work on body first because a tummy tuck and lipo 360 implies a weight loss eventhought this procedures are for giving a better shape to the body they are going to affect the final appearance on the breast. Liposculture is a surgery for molding the body making it more harmonious, you do loose weight. So, when you lose weight you also lose weight in your breast because part of the mamary tissue is fat. So what I see when the breast surgery is performed with full body Lipo and tummy tuck is the first few days you are perfect, with the results you want, but as the months go by, the breasts begin to fall and you begin to see that they become flaccid and smaller and you are unhappy with the results in the long term. This is a very good question.Mommy makeover is a surgery for women usually when they not planning more pregnancies.After weight changes, pregnancies, the tissues suffer a stretching process, causing tissue damage affecting the tissue structure, creating a subsequent loose tissues (abdominal muscles and skin).In order to improve this problem, we can fix it by removing the extra skin and stretching it, and repairing the abdominal muscles (hernias as well) creating an internal corset, this is called tummy tuck or abdominoplasty, a remaining scar will be at the lower abdomen and patients are able to cover it with the underwear or bikini. The scar extension depends on the skin amount to remove. In the back area there are no pregnancies, and that skin tends to respond very well to liposuction, thats why usually is combined back lipo with tummy tuck and we can take advantage of the fat, and transfer to other body areas, usually the buttocks. We can correct at same time the breast, sometimes we perform a vertical scar or inverted T lift with or without an implant it depends on each case. Doing several surgical procedures at same time are possible, the most important is to respect the security time (less than 6 hours), surgeries above 6 hours are risky.  The more slim the patient gets to the surgery room the more procedures we can do. Another important characteristic is that patient has a good blood reserves, patients with anemia are not good candidates for plastic surgery and is necessary correct those levels before consider a surgical procedure. Remember plastic surgery are a luxury surgery not an emergency surgery so you have to get in operating room in very good conditions and go out even better. Sometimes we have to split the surgery in order to offer our patients the best surgical procedure in the safest way possible.If you have no risk factors (tobacco, drugs use, diseases, etc).

In person exam is essential. Based on limited photos and history of pregnancies - it appears that you are a candidate for Abdominoaplasty. In order to evaluate other areas, i.e.-breast, buttocks, flanks- standard photos are needed in order to get a more accurate evaluation. In our Practice we often perform these combination of procedures at the same time.
