I’m looking to enhance the look of my nose. By raising the dorsum/nose bridge and reducing the width and overal size of my nose tip. I’m wondering if it would be possible to make my bridge look more protruded and pronounced from a front view.

It is feasible to enhance the upper bridge by mobilizing the lateral segments and inserting cartilage grafts to support the bones.

A large number of African American rhinoplasty patients have noses that lack clear definition, without any noticeable prominence at the edges. Augmenting the nasal bridge will create a more contoured shape. Narrowing the nasal bones will also help achieve this.
The depressed appearance of the nose is mainly attributed to the structure of the cartilage and thick skin. To address this concern, I recommend harvesting cartilage from the patient's ear, nose or rib, which is then utilized to raise the bridge and also strengthen their own nose cartilage at the tip, enhancing and refining its appearance.
