5 years after closed secondary rhinoplasty. Could this be a keloid? (photo)

I had a closed secondary rhinoplasty 5years ago with ear graft and silcone inplant i have been left with a scar im wondering if its a keliod or if it is protruding cartalige i had cortsil injections and also made difference
