Can an ethnic rhinoplasty be performed even if scar tissue has developed from previous nose piercings?

So I want to get an ethnic rhinoplasty sometime in the future of my life but I’ve have my nose pierced on both sides multiple times. I have what I think is scar tissue obecause when I press it it feels like a hard lump in my nose the left side is worse than the right but it’s not noticeable on the inside or outside of my nose and it’s not super bad. I’m going to get it checked by a doctor but I wanted to see what y’all would think , could I still get an ethnic rhinoplasty ?

Hello of couse you can have a surgery on your nose you need to make smaller your bridge and make straight your septum inside your nose
