If there’s an implant in your nose removing it may give you less protection. Personally I think you have a nice result

Hello, your asymmetrical nostrils problem is very easy to correct, just by giving one sticht, thru the same scar of the alar resection, to reduce the more open one, with local anesthesia. As for the projection and tip of the nose I find them really beautiful. I want you to know also, that in any human been pairs of the body are never symmetrical.
My advise : Try not to get in so many surgical procedures in your nose because each one will leave fibrosis, and each time this will get you into more complicated surgeries and you will want more changes each time. We call this the "Michael Jackson Syndrome", in which he completely destroy his nose, due to his desire of pefection.

Good Afternoon! Your tip can be deprojected which would make it wider on the front view. The bridge can be adjusted in addition to the nostrils. Morphing an image in clinic with your surgeon will help to determine what your goals are. I can't view all of the operative report to know exactly what kind of implant may be used. It's unusual to use anything like silicone but GoreTex is used by some surgeons. I would seek consultation with another surgeon if you're not comfortable with your current one. Hope this helps you!
