Hello, I have attached pictures of my current nose and my operative report. Please review both to assist with your response. I would like my tip deprojected. It I too elevated and pointy and I believe it's causing my nostrils to street and to be uneven, because it is overly extended. Also what can be done to make my nostrils more even? My bridge is too elevated/ tall. I would like it brought down or even removed. In my notes is the doctor saying he changed my original nose as well as implant?
