Question

I workout and have a fit body but have alway had chubby cheeks. Would I benefit from buccal fat removal or any other cosmetic procedures to make my face more aesthetically pleasing?

Thank you for your question and photo. Buccal fat pad removal can provide a defined contour in the cheekbones and along the jawline, the results of which are permanent. If you’re interested in reducing fullness and slimming the lower portion of your face, this procedure may be a good option for you. 
Botox is another ideal option for slenderizing the jawline. When injected into the masseter muscle, its size is reduced to provide a slimming effect to the lower third portion of the face with results lasting approximately 3-4 months. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your aesthetic goals and suggest the best treatment option to help you achieve them.
