I’ve had a few procedures done to try to slim the lower face -but am still left with fullness at the jowls and near the nasal labial folds. Any advice on what would work if anything, would be appreciated. I have had : FaceTite & Morpheus 8, cheek fillers, masceter Botox, endolift already. I’m happy with the filler and Botox but the procedures to remove fat/fullness have not worked

Answer: Perioral augmentation with fat grafts One of the major factors of face aging is that perioral area (defined with nasolabial folds and marionette lines) looses volume (muscle, bone fat) and kind of, sinks in. Augmentation of lips and entire area with micro and nano fat grafts is one of the options. Nasolabial fold and lip augmentation with fillers will also work. Hope this helps. Good luck.
