Methods to remove excessive eyebrow & mouth fat/buccal fat pad? (Photo)

Hello, I included a photo of the two main issues I had since ten years ago. I'm 27. I really want to get rid of the fat on my eyebrows (it's not bone, since i can move it freely) and mouth corners. What permanent methods are there to solve those issues? Thank you very much.
