Hello, I am very interested in getting the buccal fat removal, however, I am currently on a very low dosage of accutane and was wondering if i could still get the procedure done? thank you!

I would recommend being careful with male buccal fat removal. It should be very conservative else it can feminize the face or make it hollow.
