I agree that your buttock looks very flat and still looks V-shaped. you do have severe satellite which can be seen as the dimpling. The cellulite bands tend to hold the buttock and prevent it from expanding. To improve the buttock shape you would need a revision consisting of liposuction, fat transfer to the lower outer portions of the buttock and cellulite band release.#StayBeautiful #RealDrWorldWide
Many patient have expectation that surgeon can deliver almost any shape and size of buttocks just simply filling it with fat. Unfortunately, anatomical structures (muscles, skin, bones and their relationships) determine postoperative shape and size significantly. This is in particular the case with skin and related underlying scaffold that has certain shape (flat, convex, concave) that can not be changed with simple stretching due to injection of soft material like fat. It may take several surgeries (stages) that will include combination of liposuction and additional fat grafting to shape large buttock into a more desirable shape, unfortunately. You should wait at least 6 months until fat volume and skin stretching is completed and then discuss next stage in buttock shaping with your surgeon. Good luck.
Dear Nosurgeryhelpedme,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

In case of revision it will be necessary for you to wait at least 4-6 months before undergoing through surgery again.Good luck! Dr. Jiménez ToribioPlastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
Thank you for your question and I’m sorry for your concern. It is hard to make a final assessment in the early postop period as your result will continue to change. I would make sure to have close follow up with your plastic surgeon and voice your concerns to him or her so that they may be able to guide you for the bear plan going forward.
It looks like you just had it done.....wait at least 6 months before judging the results. Be sure to follow up with your plastic surgeon.
Well, it "went fine" initially . . . until the dead fat became infected from openings in the skin where the fat injections caused loss of local circulation and dead skin. Warm, wet, dead tissue is a perfect culture medium for bacteria, and now those areas of dead fat are susceptible to b...
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. It is normal to ask for pictures of the body areas to be treated. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
You have a difficult problem to fix and honestly will not achieve symmetry even with multiple surgeries. You likely need a combination of liposuction to the right side to make that leg slimmer all the way down and fat transfer to the left leg. Scar tissue on the left leg will limit the take of...
