I was asked to send 4 photos of me "naked" of front back etc... I was concerned about the whole naked part, could you please let me know if this may be a scam or is that normally asked? Thank you for you time.

Answer: Online Consults It may be necessary in order for the surgeon to accurately gauge the physical examination. For a BBL the whole body must be assessed to determine the amount of donor fat available from multiple sites. I prefer to do my online consults in real time via FaceTime or Skype, as this is most like a real consultation. Email may be used but this may be less likely to result in security of patient confidentiality. If the surgeon is reputable and has evidence of a legitimate practice with good quality results, then it may be reasonable to assume the sharing of photos is "normal" but again there is no guaranteed security. Furthermore, there are plenty of high quality, board certified surgeons in California and the western US you could easily see for a consultation and not have to worry about sharing any photos.
