Linear scleroderma left me with significant asymmetry/atrophy down my left buttock, thigh, calf and reduced fat on my foot. What would the best way to restore volume be? I am considering a BBL and possibly calf implants. Was wondering if anyone has dealt with this in the past? Is it possible to have fat grafts/implants to my thigh to restore volume there? My scarring is not circumferential primarily affecting the inner aspect of my leg only.
