Hi there. What are you thoughts on a chin implant and my ideal expectations. Do you think this would be a suitable procedure? I have already had buccal fat removal a few weeks ago given I have high extremely high hard cheekbones and a rounder face when lean, which I got myself to a low body fat before going under this procedure. Basically I just want to create a more defined look and generally keep my beard a bit longer as this bothers me being slightly recessed

It appears in the profile view that your chin is vertically short with a deep mentolabial fold. I would recommend a lengthening genioplasty with simultaneous submental liposuction. This will improve the overall facial balance.
