How to fix this double chin? Tried Kybella and CoolSculpting, but at this point there is just skin hanging. Suggestions? (photo)

I tried kybella, it got rid of some fat but it wasn’t enough. After that I had two sessions of CoolSculpting, and there was a significant difference, but at this point there is just skin hanging and I am not sure what to do. I like my front view, but I feel if I pulled the skin, it would look too tight and weird from the front. Any suggestions?

Typically we use lateral facial x-rays to assess bone structure just behind the implant. Your dental x-ray is shot from the opposite angle. Good looking teeth though. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
