I had a non surgical otoplasty 3 years ago and I've experienced pain since the procedure. I also have drainage that forms a crust. A plastic surgeon told me I have developed a sinus tract and need a Correction of post auricular sinus tract procedure and the suture and infested tissue removed to stop the low level infection. I have never heard of this and would like some information on this How deep is the incision to remove the tract? Will it change my ear shape? Are there any risks?
