Thank you for your question. Based on the picture you appear to be good candidate to Brazilian Butt Lift that basically is taking the fat we get from the liposuction and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection.Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. A BBL can help fix the flatness and hip dips that you mentioned but as to your concern about a short butt, it’s unclear what you mean. You are a good candidate for the procedure based on the photo and your plastic surgeon can help give you all of your options after an evaluation.
Dear rosemai, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
YES! you are a candidate for lipo 360/BBL. Best to seek in person or virtual consults with private practice boarded PSs NOT clinics! Expect fees in the $6,500-$12,500 ranges.
Based on your picture, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) combined with high definition liposuction of your flanks and lower back. Once the fat has been harvested from these areas, fat grafting to the lateral hips and buttocks will allow you to have maximum projection and the hip fullness you are desiring. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons. A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a BBL specialist can help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACSRealself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
Your picture is a bit limited but based on that a BBL seems like a BBL would be an appropriate procedure.I suggest having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons. Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You can achieve the hourglass shape but the ideal shape/result will depend on how much fat you have to donate from other areas. Alternatively, if you don’t have enough fat, liposuction can be used to reshape the torso and Sculptra can be used to build u...
Dear sammieee1008, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board...
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on your photos and your current weight, I would not recommend this procedure for you. There are other non surgical options to augment the buttocks which would be better for you.
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. This should not be a contraindication to a BBL, but you will need to obtain your medical records for your plastic surgeon to review. You will also need medical clearance. I hope this helps.
Hello @camlla12 thank you for your question. If the doctor or internist gives you the green light to proceed with surgery and the plastic surgeon who will perform the surgery sees this ok, you may be ready. However, it is a question you may need to ask your plastic surgeon. Best wishes!
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. If your oncologist is able to clear you for surgery and your tumor surveillance has been negative, there is no reason why you should not be able to undergo cosmetic surgery.
