Had a breast lift and implants roughly one year ago, we have revisited the surgeon with concerns about nipple alignment which he performed a "repair" on to level them out somewhat. We were also concerned that the left breast never fell into place properly and addressed this with him. He seemed unconcerned and stated it was due to an overly tight pec muscle that was causing the strange shape at the bottom of the breast, and that he could perform a surgery to "weaken" the muscle, did he mess up?

I would almost always recommend an anchor-type pattern style for most patients. This addresses the horizontal and vertical laxity/excess tissue. This is highly recommended in most patients. I usually recommend also placing Galaflex to provide soft tissue support in the breast.
