I had a lift and implants done 10/31/22, I made sure to mention I wanted upper pole fullness so I wouldn’t need to find the perfect push up bra. I wanted the roundness, defined look up top. After they’ve settled, they hang low and I have no cleavage up top. The lift left parts of my aereola on my scars, so I look like Frankenstein. Dr wanted me to give him an additional $1200 for revision. Not happy at all.

I would almost always recommend an anchor-type pattern style for most patients. This addresses the horizontal and vertical laxity/excess tissue. This is highly recommended in most patients. I usually recommend also placing Galaflex to provide soft tissue support in the breast.
You do need a breast lift along with augmentation. The Benelli or donut lift should really be called the 'Do Not' lift - it provides little lift, usually results in enlarged areolas and often produces ugly scars. The donut lift should be done as rarely as possible. I nearly always do a vertical,...
