My IMF measurement is 7" or 9" on stretch. My BWD is 12.5-13 cm. Also what profile and cc range would be best for me? I want to be a 32DD with upper pole fullness and cleavage.
Answer: Breast Implants Lift I would almost always recommend an anchor-type pattern style for most patients. This addresses the horizontal and vertical laxity/excess tissue. This is highly recommended in most patients. I usually recommend also placing Galaflex to provide soft tissue support in the breast.

Answer: Breast lift Dear RealSelfMember0998938, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Answer: Navigating Breast Augmentation: Choosing the Right Lift and Implant Size Hello Realselfmember 0998938, I appreciate your inquiry about the appropriate type of lift to accompany your breast augmentation, and thank you for providing detailed information about your breast measurements and goals. Considering your aspiration to achieve DD-sized breasts with pronounced upper pole fullness and cleavage, I recommend opting for high-profile silicone implants. Placing these implants above the muscle would be more conducive to achieving the cleavage you desire. While you haven't specified your current breast size, based on your measurements and goal, I estimate you are currently around a C cup. To transition from a C to a DD, implants in the range of 450 to 550 cc should be suitable. As for the lift, the decision can be made intra-operatively. Once the implants are placed through an incision around the areola, your surgeon can assess the need for additional lifting. Depending on the extent of lift required, a Crescent lift or a Benelli (doughnut, peri-areolar) mastopexy might be appropriate. In summary, I recommend breast implants between 450 to 550 cc, complemented by a lift procedure determined during the surgery, based on how the implants settle. This approach should help you achieve your desired aesthetic outcome. Wishing you the best on your journey towards your desired look. Sincerely, J. Timothy Katzen, MD, FASMBS, FICS Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon

For your lift and augmentation, a periareolar lift combined with either high or moderate plus profile implants would be suitable, based on the level of fullness you're aiming for.
