Hi, Been considering either of the 3 options. Recently got a CEPH X-Ray scan, and I'm about to begin a course of Invisalign to fix my teeth crowding and overbite. Would jaw surgery, a genioplasty or a chin implant be more appropriate? I'm not sure if I have sleep apnea, I'm more concerned about my appearances more than anything. And would a CPAP machine work as an alternative to jaw surgery, even if I have a recessed chin/jaw?
