Really unhappy with how my breasts look. I've always had big breasts and with each pregnancy (4) they have got bigger. I've just finished breastfeeding and my breasts and now empty and saggy. Skin is thin.

Answer: Breasts Yes, once you are 6 months from breast feeding, you can consider getting a lift and implants. I would suggest not going too large for your sagging thinned tissue will not support heavy implants.

Answer: Breast lift with implants Based on these photos, it appears that your treatment should consist of breast lift and augmentation. Selection of relatively smaller implants would prevent (slow) further screeching of skin. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Breast lift with Implants You are an excellent candidate for a lift with implants. This procedure would entail removing a lot of the excess skin making the breast small and tight and then placing an implant. Most likely a gummy bear or a cohesive implant under the muscle so that the breast can look perky and full and round. You will always have the issue of having thin skin and depending on the quality of your breast tissue, you may actually be a good candidate for a dermo matrix. Any well breast specialist should be able to give you recommendations on this. Good luck.
