I’ve wants a breast lift for as long as I can remember. They’re extremely droopy and it makes me self conscious when wearing a swim suit or anything that requires no bra. I love the size of my breast I just wished they looked how they do when I have a bra on rather than looking like a deflated balloon. I considered the surgery back in 2012 and then I got a keloid on my ear lobe. I’m worried that if I get this procedure I’ll have to fight any other keloid.

You are fairly healed from your surgery, so the dent will probably remain. You are probably the only person who notices it, and it should not be noticeable in clothing. However, it can be improved with surgery if desired.
If you are already a 36DD, adding an implant will cause your size to go up. Some tissue gets removed with the lift but the volume of the implant is greater.
Your surgeon who has examined you will be the best one to tell what the lump is. However, I would suggest having it removed to avoid future problems and concerns.
