Hey I’m 172 5’4 I have 36 DD I want perky , upper pole fullness boobs ( I would like to be a 36D , 36C , or stay a 36DD ) I want silicone gummy bear implants ! I heard I have enough breast tissue but that’s not going to give me the look I want if I only get a lift. Help :(
Answer: Can a 36DD get breast lift with implants? If you are already a 36DD, adding an implant will cause your size to go up. Some tissue gets removed with the lift but the volume of the implant is greater.

Answer: Breasts I would suggest doing a breast reduction, which includes a lift, and going down to a C or D. Implants will just add more weight and you will sag again over time.

Answer: Breast lift Dear kemi5, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast lift over implant To pull this off, you're going to need to do some kind of lower pole reduction (200-300 grams I guess) with the mastopexy (lift) you do to shape things here.
