Should I get ha filler dissolved before fat grafting?

I had ha filler injected into my cheeks and temple in early December 2025. Each cheek was injected with 1ml and each temple 0.5ml. Would it be best to have it dissolved or can I have fat grafting as is, without dissolving filler, about 6 months post?

It is very likely that you have droopy eyelids, ptosis, based on these photos. This can be confirmed only on the basis of in person or teleconference evaluation. Regarding tear trough and negative canthal vector, fat grafting and canthopexy should be considered. Good luck.

Fat grafting to the upper eyelid can definitely help with the hollowing... as for the dryness, this is almost certainly related to excessive muscle excision, which is going to be much harder to restore. I recommend trying to work on the squeezing of your eye muscles (blinking) and practicing...
