Reduce UEE and dark tear troughs - would fat grafting be a good solution? (Photos)

26m, Looking to reduce the upper eyelid exposure and dark troughs, believe i have a slight negative vector. I'm thinking fat grafting in both areas but unsure whether i have more issues causing the UUE

Fat grafting to the upper eyelid can definitely help with the hollowing... as for the dryness, this is almost certainly related to excessive muscle excision, which is going to be much harder to restore. I recommend trying to work on the squeezing of your eye muscles (blinking) and practicing...
