7 months post op - will the square shape of my breasts resolve or are these my results? (photos)

I’m 44 years. I had a replacement of breast implants and lift 7 months ago. I’m not happy with my breast. It’s doesn’t look round, it’s looks square at the bottom. Is it going to get better or stay like this?

With time you can expect the bottom of your breast to round out as the tissue relaxes and heals. Overall you have a nice result, and should not worry at this early phase after surgery.

At 7 months, you are well on your way to being healed and the shape will probably not change. go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. This might be fixable in the office under local anesthesia, unless the implant pocket needs to be adjusted.
