With time you can expect the bottom of your breast to round out as the tissue relaxes and heals. Overall you have a nice result, and should not worry at this early phase after surgery.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

At 7 months, you are well on your way to being healed and the shape will probably not change. go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns. This might be fixable in the office under local anesthesia, unless the implant pocket needs to be adjusted.

At seven months post op you are seeing your final results. If you would like an improvement in shape a revision to your lift would be recommended. Visit with your surgeon or another board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your options.

At seven months, you can consider your outcome final and it is unlikely to change by waiting further.
