I had an anchor breast lift with 290 moderate plus silicon implants placed subfacially with an internal mesh bra in March of 2025. I’m just shy of a year and I’m sadly unhappy with my results. I was hoping for much more upper pole fullness, for them to be perkier and sitting higher on my chest. More that “fake” look without looking too large. My nipple placement is much improved but I feel as though there’s still a good amount of tissue below the IMF and they’re super bottom heavy and almost go in a downward slope, almost saggy. I had my six month post op a little late in October where I brought up these concerns to my surgeon and was told I have great results and when I asked if I’m being unrealistic he agreed. But when I look at lots of other six month before and afters (and I mean lots) I’m feeling like more could be done. I‘m debating going back to him a second time to discuss this further and also getting other consults but thought I’d start here. I’m honestly just sad because I’ve saved and waited for many many years to pay thousands of dollars to end up with scarring and a bit of disappointment. I’m wondering if just another lift will achieve what I’m going for, or if an implant exchange with a HP implant and another lift is needed, or if I truly am being unrealistic and this is as good as it’s gonna get. Any advice is appreciated!
