Is there a non invasive procedure to reduce nostril size?

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question.  In general, it is difficult to address flared nostrils without a surgical procedure.  Although alar base reduction can be performed in a conservative and meticulous fashion, I understand your concerns.  I recommend that you seek consultation with a rhinoplasty expert who performs both non-surgical and surgical procedures; there may be a way for you to achieve your aesthetic goals of balancing your nasal appearance without undergoing surgery, if this is what you desire.  Hope that helps, good luck!
