If the bridge of your nose projects out further from your face than the tip of your nose, which can resemble a parrot beak, in all likelihood, you may be a better candidate for rhinoplasty surgery to achieve a smaller nasal appearance and a straight nasal bridge. Adding filler would only lead to a larger nasal appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and the nose-tip. However, it won't make the nose look smaller. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
A photo would have been extremely helpful. However, speaking generally, nonsurgical nose jobs using volumizing fillers are routinely performed these days by experienced physician injectors to not only straighten bent, bumped, and humped nasal bridges, but to lift and straighten a falling, droopy nasal tip, straighten a "parrot" nose, and increase tip projection. The procedure should take no more than about five minutes to perform and typically engenders an immediate "Wow!" response. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty is an advanced injection technique that should not be left to the hands of novice injections accustomed to filling simple smile lines with ordinary Juvederm or Restylane. So, make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in performing nonsurgical nose jobs with volumizing fillers. And of course, ask to see his/her before and after photos. Best of luck.
Thank you for your question. Without seeing a photo, it is difficult to assess whether you would be a good candidate for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. However, filler and Botox can do wonders for straightening and balancing asymmetry and lifting the tip of the nose. Do some research and find a healthcare provider who does non-surgical rhinoplasty procedures everyday. The before and after photos of this procedure can be stunning. Wishing you bliss on your journey!

When somebody is unhappy with the width of their nose and nasal tip, rhinoplasty surgery tends to be the procedure of choice for achieving a narrower, and less distracting nasal appearance. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Since your nose is attached to your cheeks, when your cheeks elevate with smiling, this causes dilation of the base of the nose in everybody. If this is your only concern about your nose, I do not believe there is any non-surgical intervention to consider. Thank you for this question. Sincerely,...
If it did, rhinoplasty surgeons would have a lot less work! Time is right for you, consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you can see what to expect after surgery. Thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
In general, fillers may be considered for camouflaging A small bump, or for filling in an indentation. They may also be useful for lowering a retracted nostril margin. I do not think it would be beneficial for increasing the width of your nasal base. Thank you for this question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
