I felt like I made a huge mistake. I read many things about PMMA and now I'm scared for my life. I have so much anxiety, I literally can not eat. & I know that being this way won't help, but I cannot help myself. I'm 18. I have so much life ahead of me. What should I do. Can it easily be removed. How do I care for it. I don't want it in ny body. I'm afraid it'll go to into my bloodstream, giving me many complications, making me suffer.

Hi and thanks for your question. I am sorry that you are having so much anxiety, but I think you may be overreacting. You did not include a photo, but from your post it does not sound like you are seeing a problem with your nose, you are just worried about PMMA. I can assure you that PMMA is a safe substance, Some formulations have a higher rate of complications and some less, but you should not be scared for your life. The worst complication is a granuloma and that can be treated. The material will not migrate into your bloodstream, it will not cause you harm. I would not recommend removing it unless absolutely necessary, since you would have to undergo surgery and that will leave a scar. I would probably not recommend that you get more linnea safe and I would not recommend that you undergo any more injections into your nose, but you should not be scared. Hope that helps.

In my opinion, you should not have severe anxiety about having a permanent filler injected into your nose, especially if you like the way it looks. PMMA Maybe more problematic than other permanent fillers, however, most people live a lifetime with it and never have a problem. In my opinion, there is nothing for you to do from a preventative standpoint, and it is completely irremovable, so please do not seek a surgical consultation to try to remove the filler. if your nose looks OK I wouldn't worry about it. Lots of people have PMMA and the little beads get surrounded by scar tissue and don't move around.  If your nose doesn't look OK that's another story
