I'm looking to get sculptra at a popular medi spa in my city but for the hip dip area. I have been consulted that I will need 2-3 vials per side (6 per session) and 4 sessions to see desired results. Im hoping to get some advice on whether this will achieve desired results to round out my hip dips and add some volume. Im only looking to add to the hips, not butt. Thank you!
Answer: Buttock Lift -- Fat Grafting/Renuva, RF Tightening (Thermage, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, Inmode Forma/Contoura), Sculptra unfortunately sculptra will never get you to that photo, even with the appropriate amount and you would need more than they are saying for sure you will need fat and / or fillers. plese see an expert. Sculptra with the right dilution doesn't cause nodules in the buttock and is very safe. It should be combined with RF treatments to get the sculptra to work even better/stimulate it to produce collagen such as venus legacy / exilis ultra / thermage / inmode forma or contoura. We often will add bellafill or renuva to certain areas to improve indentations or the buttock roll to get more definition and softening or to improve overall size and shape. Smooth novathreads do very well to improve laxity of the buttock as well non surgically. Just know that sculptra takes numerous treatments and vials, its a large expense and must be maintained at least 2 times a year after a series of treatments for the best result. Dr. Emer.

Answer: Number of Sculptra vials needed for hip dips At our clinic we have treated several cases similar to yours and the number of vials/ sessions needed usually depend on several factors, including patient age, goals, and individual response. On average, in our practice patients need anywhere between 4-8 vials per session and 2-4 sessions to fully correct hip dips.

Answer: We Dip with the Hip Dip Thank you for your question. Body contouring is my passion. Indeed, it is the focus of my Los Angeles-based plastic surgery practice. I can see that beauty and symmetry are important to you as well. I am in aesthetic arrest. Sculptrais an FDA-approved injectable filler that can smooth deep wrinkles in your face that can accumulate from a lifetime of laughter. But Sculptra and effectively help you smooth that out. Because you have more life to live. I’m not sure if filler will ultimately provide you with the results that you seek. I know some experts in autologous fat grafting who might claim to be able to fill in your “hip dips” in a natural-looking, aesthetically pleasing way. Some believe that beauty is found in our subtle differences. Best of luck, madam. Vinay Aggarwal, MD

Answer: Sculpture BBL question It's difficult to tell exactly how much Sculptra you will need to correct your hip dips and round out your hip area. An in person examination would be your best guide. But a rough estimate would be 10 vials per side for the first treatment and then touch-ups as necessary 4 months later I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery

Answer: Sculptra You will likely need more than 2-3 vials per session if that is the results that your are looking for.I would suggest having a consultation with with a Board Certified Physician. Discuss all your options as Sculptra is very costly and has to be maintained twice a year.See an expert not a med spa...
