Hi I have hip dips. I don't want crazy hips just want to fill in hips. Possibly start out a small amount. Maybe 6 vials. Please help. Or should I get lipo to make my legs appear wider? I'm conscious about my hip dips
Answer: Sculptra Aesthetic to Buttocks Sculptra is a great product to lessen the appearance of hip dips while stimulating deep collagen production. It is important to discuss your aesthetic goals with your injector such that they can recommend the proper treatment plan. Please note that depending on your desired results, you may require multiple vials and multiple sessions of Sculptra. Overall, I would highly advise you to complete many in office consultations with experienced injectors. Best of luck! Kian Karimi MD, FACS

Answer: Buttock Lift -- Fat Grafting/Renuva, RF Tightening (Thermage, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, Inmode Forma/Contoura), Sculptra you would do best with taking fat from your stomach/sides/back and legs and using that to shape your buttock and hips. sculptra will take MANY vials to see anything noticeable. 6 vials will do almost nothing. you will likely need at least 6-10 per side the first few treatments then every 4-6 months you will need maintenance. ----- Sculptra with the right dilution doesn't cause nodules in the buttock and is very safe. It should be combined with RF treatments to get the sculptra to work even better/stimulate it to produce collagen such as venus legacy / exilis ultra / thermage / inmode forma or contoura. We often will add bellafill or renuva to certain areas to improve indentations or the buttock roll to get more definition and softening or to improve overall size and shape. Smooth novathreads do very well to improve laxity of the buttock as well non surgically. Just know that sculptra takes numerous treatments and vials, its a large expense and must be maintained at least 2 times a year after a series of treatments for the best result. Dr. Emer.

Answer: Hip dips Dear sk22561, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, fat transfer is a great option for hip dips. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Sculptra for Hip Dips Thank you for your question and posting your photo. If you are interested in a non-surgical option, I would suggest the combination of Sculptra Aesthetic with Emsculpt. It is very difficult to give you an exact number of vials needed but I would plan on a series of 2 to 3 sets of injections with 10 vials per session. Due to the high cost of these products, this can get fairly expensive. Alternatively, you could consider a fat transfer to fill the hip dips. During this process, the area of fullness about the hip dip can be reduced to give a shapely result.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.

Answer: How many vials of Sculptra should I get? Non surgical BBLs are becoming more popular. The primary issues are: expense of product, under treatment, multiple treatments, unrealistic expectations. Also not many MD injectors have enough experience. From the posted photo you will need multiple sessions under local anesthesia in my specialized mixture of Sculptra/Radiesse. Total # vials between 20-40! Total costs at least $15,000....Starting with 3 vials per hip dip is a beginning though very small volume dose.
