Are my nipples too low after breast implants? (Photo)

Question

I got my boobs done about 5 months ago and feel like my nipples are too low, I went from a small A cup to a C after having 400cc implants. I want to go a few cups bigger but I’m unsure whether I need a breast lift or if the new implants will push the nipple a little bit higher.

Hi. Thanks for posting your questions and photos.
Whether your nipples are too low or high depends on where they were before the procedure. This generally does not change after surgery. Implants, no matter how large, do not lift the nipple. Therefore, if you are happy with your current size, do not go larger thinking it might lift the nipple. The larger the implant size, the greater the risk of future complications.

Good morning!It really is a matter of preference- from an anatomical standpoint they do not seem to be too low, but aesthetically if you prefer them higher you could have them raised fairly simply.

Thanks for your question and photo. In actual fact they are not based on aesthetic surgery standards too low. Lifting them would distort the shape of your breast and add an unnecessary scar to your chest. Larger implants especially anatomical ones would give you a better shape and most likely alleviate your concerns. Good luck.
