I got my boobs done about 5 months ago and feel like my nipples are too low, I went from a small A cup to a C after having 400cc implants. I want to go a few cups bigger but I’m unsure whether I need a breast lift or if the new implants will push the nipple a little bit higher.

Without seeing your preoperative photos it is impossible to know if the asymmetries you see may be part of your natural shape asymmetry (which we all have). If it represents a different shape or feel or is worsening over time it may be the sign of a capsular contracture...

If your cough is due to bacterial infection, you should not have breast augmentation. You do not want to risk bacteria infecting the implants. Also, coughing post op will be uncomfortable and could increase bruising.Better to postpone until cough gone- discuss with your plastic surgeon.
