Is it normal for one breast to be uneven when raising arms? 8 weeks post-op (Photo)

Question

I am 8 weeks PO with 550cc silicone unders. That being said, my left breast has settled and my right seems to be slacking. They appear even for the most part when arms are down (nipples seem a bit off), but I can tell from looking at the sides my right still sits higher. Something that really bothers me is when I lift my arms... my right implant moves noticeably higher than the left that seems to be in its pocket. Both breasts are soft and move well - can this be capsular contracture?

Without seeing your preoperative photos it is impossible to know if the asymmetries you see may be part of your natural shape asymmetry (which we all have). If it represents a different shape or feel or is worsening over time it may be the sign of a capsular contracture. 
I recommend examine your preoperative photos and discussing the findings with your surgeon. There are a number of different approaches that may be able to improve your asymmetry.

Without posting before photos very hard to determine if you were asymmetric before?? Seek in person second opinions for best discussions. I might offer fat grafting over re operation of capsular release.

I think this is due to the capsules and as long as your breats are soft I would leave it alone.Be patient.
