5 mnths ago I had 0.5ml of HA filler Teoxane in each cheek. 5 days after I had nerve pain in my right cheek. I also had an inflammatory response which showed on an MRI. After seeing a Plastic Surgeon I was diagnosed with neuropraxia and told it would likely resolve in time. I have no numbness or motor issues just a burning type of pain mid cheek an inch from the side of my nose. I see a Pain Specialist and taking 35mg of Amitriptyline. I am SO worried that this should have recovered by now.
