Will hyaluronic acid help to lift my cheek and nasolabial fold?

I went to a certified doctor as I felt my skin is sagging and asked him for filler to help me look better but he said that fillers will not help and I need a mini lift for my face and I am only 41..I dont know whats right for me

Thank you for your question!  Hyaluronic acid can help with the sagging skin.  There are also many Hyaluronic acid based products that are known to be very safe.  I would recommend scheduling a consultation with an experienced injector to find out which product is best for you.  All the best!

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. I think that fillers will help lift the areas that are bothering you . We can use the volume that you have and move it to where you want it to be with the correct fillers and placement. My preferences would be Radiesse or Restylane Lyft

From your photo, i believe you would get considerable improvement with facial fillers placed higher and more laterally in your cheeks. A filler like Voluma would offer strength and enough support to help lift the areas. Improvement in the naso-labial areas would likely be seen as well.

Based on the photos, I believe that fillers will certainly help. I would consider having a hyaluronic acid based filler like Restylane Lyft injected into the lateral cheeks to address midface volume loss and to lift the face. Then I would recommend a flexible gel HA filler like Restylane Defyne to soften laugh lines and address prejowl hollowing. Alternatively, you could consider treatment with Sculptra Aesthetic, a collagen stimulating filler, which I like to use to address facial volume loss related to aging.

The answer is yes to a certain degree but the amount of filler should not be so great as to make the cheeks disproportionately large for you features.  You can also benefit from a minimally invasive Silhouette Instalift which employs sutures to reposition and elevate  the sagging skin.  That is not much more involved than fillers and the results are usually longer lasting.

Yes, especially if injected along the lateral (outer) side of the face.  I would avoid any injections in the mid-cheek area, since they won't lift and may you look too full.  I would choose a heavier product like Voluma or Vollure.  They have more lifting capabilities.  Radiesse also works well for this purpose.  Good luck !

Hi there ! Great question , judging from your one photo your skin quality appears to be good enough to try filler as a first option ... I like to use juvederm line of products to the cheek and nasolabial fold region first before more invasive procedures like surgery ... especially in younger patients like yourself with good quality skin... but this is only after seeing one photo of you and would need to have a careful examination first ... hope this helps!

Hyaluronic fillers like Voluma will definitely help lift your cheeks and in process correct the NLF changes. Other fillers can also be used for correction of the midface.
