I am born a female but I feel as though my face is extremely masculine. I got a nose job that I am not 100% happy with so I am so scared scary of surgery. As for my shape, I feel my jaw is very square, no chin, and my forehead is huge. My face looks like a box, there is no dimension. I was thinking cheek fillers, but I don’t think that’ll help? I never can feel beautiful, it’s completely terrorizing me. Please help. What can i do to make my face look more feminine and soft?
Answer: Facial feminization Surgery I love when people consider femininity as part of their appearance. It shows very sophisticated thought. There are a number of ways to permanently feminize your face. Watch my videos to learn more.

Answer: Facial Contouring and Sculpting with Fillers (Juvederm Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Radiesse, Bellafil), Implants, Sculptra or fat Thank you for your question. Facial sculpting and contouring of the face can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Volumizing Fillers & Neurotoxins Can Be Helpful For Creating A More Feminine Face I am really sorry that you feel this way, but I do feel confident that the appropriate choice and use of volumizing fillers, with perhaps the addition of a neurotoxin can help to reinforce certain more feminine characteristics of your face. The "ideal" feminine face has been described as "heart shaped," possessing eyebrows whose outer third flare upward and outward (as opposed to the more horizontal eyebrows in a male), and a narrow chin (less uniformly broad than in males), and a more gently upwardly and beckward slope of the forehead. While even the best of HD photos are in general no substitute for an in--person examination that allows for palpation and manipulation of the skin, from only one single distance shot it is difficult to properly assess which technique or combination of approaches might be best. What I can say is that both volumizing filler and a microdroplet of Botox (or Dysport or Xeomin) can help to create a more feminine brow. Likewsie, volumizing filler may be used to create a higher cheekbone, more feminine upper facial region and make the face more heart shaped. It is difficult to say whether the squaring of the lower jaw is bony in origin or from a hypertrophied masseter muscle. If the latter, again Botox may prove helpful in shrinking and tapper the lower third of the muscle to give rise to a more heart-shaped appearance. And if in profile view, there are chin projection issues, here, too, a volumizing filler may be used to feminize this critical area of the face. All of the above volumizers are entirely nonsurgical, typically, in experienced hands, take only a few minutes to perform, and generally elicit an immediate "Wow!" response following treatment. Neurotoxins typically take up to a week to see response. Make sure that you seek consultation and treatment with a board certified aesthetic physician. Best of luck.
