I'm 26 years old and I want do a BBL with maybe Lipo HD but I am 5'2" and 135 lbs. Do you think I have enough fat? Am I a good candidate? I took these 2 pictures off the internet. I want more fat because I know after I will lose some fat. And I want these hips. Is it possible with my body? thank you :)
Answer: Lipo + BBL Candidate Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Exquisite9418, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: I am 5'2" and 135 lbs. Would I be a good candidate for BBL? (Photo) Based on your photos, you can benefit from a BBL. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. The amount of fat that can be transferred with a BBL depends on the quality of fat available for ‘harvest’ and the condition of the receiving area.

Answer: I am 5'2" and 135 lbs. Would I be a good candidate for BBL? From your photos it appears you are a great candidate for a BBL. As far as wish photos, the first set is more realistic as you have little to know projection right now. The 2nd set of wish photos, the large size/projection of the buttocks is much more dramatic that what is realistic for your body type with one fat transfer done the safe way (to avoid fat embolus). Remember ~50% of the fat volume is lost and all the liquid aspect is absorbed.

Answer: Being a good candidate for a BBL You seem to be a fairly ideal candidate for a BBL. You’re young, don’t have pregnancy related changes and just enough fat to have a nice improvement from both Liposuction and fat transfer. It would be pretty unusual to get results like the ones you picked depicted. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
