What's it the difference between hydro lipo and regular lipo and is it worth it?

Question

A doctor performing hydro lipo and transferring to butt... my question is I understand this treatment can only liposuction one part at a time? Is it worth it? Why isn't this performed more?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Every plastic surgeon has a preferred surgical technique. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Many varieties of liposuction are available including ultrasonic, smart lipo, and conventional lipo. There are new liposuction procedures being developed all the time. Hydro lipo uses a less rigid cannula and a tumescent technique that combines saline water with lidocaine and epinephrine. The results of any type of lipo depend less on the method used and more on the surgeon and the postoperative care.

Hydro Liposuction is perhaps the only technique I haven’t personally done but my understanding is that this technique inject water with numbing solution at the same time as fat is being removed.

That is true with most technological innovations anything that is substantially superior becomes the community standard and is eventually picked up by everyone. So far no single form of liposuction has been shown to be significantly superior to any other device.

If it had we would all be using the same system.

Personally I prefer PAL or power sister Liposuction.

I can get the same results with any other form of Liposuction. Think of Liposuction Equipment as your choice of automobile.

Some are nicer and some do the job better but in the end all of them get you from point A to point B.
